Standard items (non-custom items) may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in the same condition as when shipped, unwashed and unworn. Customer is responsible for all costs for shipping to return/exchange item to All Branded Out Apparel. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defects:
In the event of a manufacturing defect(s), customer must notify All Branded Out Apparel via email within 7 days of receipt of purchase and customer must return the item within 30 days for exchange or return. All Branded Out Apparel will reimburse customer for any shipping costs to return/exchange item for manufacturing defects.

Custom Products (Design Your Own):
Custom products cannot be returned. All Sales are FINAL for custom products.
Manufacturing Defects for Custom Products:
In the event of a manufacturing defect(s) of a custom item (Design Your Own), customer must notify All Branded Out Apparel via email within 7 days of receipt of purchase and customer must return the item within 30 days for an exchange. All Branded Out Apparel will reimburse customer for any shipping costs to exchange a custom item.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
All Branded Out Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When the item(s) are shipped, customer will receive a USPS® tracking number in their shipping notification email. Customer should track their package via the USPS® website. Any packages showing as “delivered” on the USPS® website are considered to be delivered. Any questions regarding said delivery should be addressed with the USPS® and customer should contact the USPS® directly to resolve.
All items ship via United States Postal Service (USPS®) USPS® Retail Ground™ (2 to 8 days). Expedited Shipping available upon request for an additional charge.
Shipping is based upon weight and size of item(s) ordered, delivery location and shipping method selected. Cost is calculated based upon 3 shipping and handling category charges: $9.95, $12.95 or $14.95.
Items ship within 7-10 business days of placing your order. Custom orders will ship within 7-10 business days from date order designs are finalized. Customer will be sent an email notification when their item ships.
Estimated Delivery Dates
The estimated delivery date is based on the selected shipping method and item(s) ordered, e.g. Custom Design Orders may take additional time. Shipping dates are based on business days, they do not include weekends.
All submissions become the property of All Branded Out Apparel and TestimonyTee.com. By submitting a photograph for the “How do YOU wear your Faith” contest, you agree to allow All Branded Out Apparel and TestimonyTee.com to utilize your image on this website, All Branded Out Apparel’s website and/or any social media outlet utilized by All Branded Out Apparel and TestimonyTee.com. We will not share your photographs or information with any third party. Must be 18 or older to participate in this contest. Winners will be notified by email and their “Word of the Month” t-shirt will be delivered by USPS. Please see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for additional information.
